| REGARDING SORIN CIRSTOLU / BELL AIR COMPANY
This letter of recommendation is written because I decided to tell you about a thoroughly reliable and honest, very knowledgeable, and devoted general contractor. He has done two major construction projects for me, one a rebuilding of a therapy pool enclosure and control station, that was built incorrectly by a previous contractor, and the second, replacement of an entire driveway, walkway, and patio, to solve problems with water drainage, and to create an artistic result as well as a functional one.
His work and his workers were very skilled, prompt, and careful, and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his performance. I have some minor knowledge of the building business [I am the only one in my family who is not a building contractor], and I have yet to find an area of construction that Sorin is not an expert in. Sorin was here, himself, every day of the projects, to supervise and plan, and did not turn over direction to a subordinate [or to me!!]. He was respectful of my wishes and needs, and could adapt the project so that it was not only splendid in appearance and function, but economical as well.
He did not ask me to write this letter, and my wish is to give you a gift....the ability to discover and hire a thoroughly competent and honest contractor, who knows how to get the right job done, in the right way, at the right price, on a very timely basis. I would rush to hire him again, the next time a construction project is needed.

| My air conditioner had not been serviced for years. When I called Bell Air Co., Sorin came by and personally did the work. He cleared away the brush for me (not asking the gardnerer to do it), washed out the inside, replaced worn parts, and cleaned the unit with an acid bath. It looks almost new now and it's working great! Sorin also explained to me everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. That personal touch gave me a feeling of comfort.
